A seasonal campaign was required for Kivells residential property to maximise appraisals at a time when the market traditionally begins to slow. A multi-platform campaign was required that was memorable and reached potential customers on a selection of platforms and at multiple points in their customer journey.
To cut through the static I proposed a memorable image with a clever message. Hedgehogs were heavily in the news at the time and, with Autumn approaching, they were due to find a new home. The tagline “Time to move” quickly followed relating to the little fella finding a new home and, hopefully, a number of new clients for Kivells. Many agents use autumn leaves in their creative so it was important for this campaign to avoid becoming white noise and become memorable.
